The VStar 650 Custom brochure claims a dry weight
of 460 lbs. with a 4.2 gal. tank. The owners manual
claims it weighs 541 lbs. This sounds more accurate.
The Savage brochure claims a dry weight of 352 lbs.
with a 2.8 gal. tank.
It feels like atleast a 100 lb. difference in weight
to me.
